This week was super busy so I found myself forgetting to find time for myself. I can definitely feel the difference in my stress level and overall well being this week in contrast to last week. I can feel more tension in my body and I got overwhelmed more often this week as opposed to the weeks when I was meditating at night or in the morning. Next week I will try my best to set alarms  and hold myself accountable. I will plan to meditate 2 mornings and 2 nights.
