This week is reading break and I have a lot of big projects due soon. So I decided that every time I need a break instead of going on my phone and getting distracted for too long I would do a ten minute meditation. On the Calm app I flipped between the 10 minute Anxiety Release and the Mindfulness at Work recordings. For my first break I found myself  a bit distracted thinking about the project I was just working on. But as I got to the second and third break I was much more focused and was able to let go of that stress. After the exercise I felt like I was looking at my work with fresh eyes and was able to be more productive then more. This addition to my studying routine will be super helpful over this coming month. I also found an article that talks about the benefits or meditation and studying combination: StudentEdge
