Since my last blog I have been practicing a lot of the chords and strumming patterns. I have been playing around with different ones for Don’t Worry, Be Happy to see what I like the best. I am still struggling with smooth chord transitions between Dm, C, and F. I find my fingers get kind of stuck in Dm and the son has quick transitions. I have been slowing my strumming down and I will speed it up as I get more comfortable. I have been using my app on my phone for tuning that Jason recommended and it works really well. It is quick and effective. This week has been crazy with the Math and Music Lesson Plan but with that out of the way I have so much time to practice. I am definitely seeing more of a benefit doing short sessions more often then long ones. My fingers have some calices but its worth it! Im excited to film my video to see my progress.
